Ever wonder what topics to cover during your quarterly mentorship meetings, either as a mentor or mentee? Look no further than our Mentorship Meeting Guide, which also doubles as an Annual Review Checklist and can be used to help structure your mentorship meetings, summarize your activities for your annual reviews, as well as CFAR planning. Using this guide will ensure consistency throughout various processes in the academic cycle across DoM, allowing you to get more juice out of each squeeze (one document to cover it all)!
How does this work? The faculty member will complete the check list to use this longitudinally (as a living document) with their mentors and during their annual review with PICs or a designate (e.g. division head), as well as for the pre-CFAR review. No, this doesn’t replace the Annual Activity Report but rather is a 2-page snapshot that covers additional items such as work-life balance.
