6 Months Into CBD
We are 6 months into CBD implementation. Thank you for supporting our residents through this transition! A couple of reminders on the CBD front (applies to our current PGY 1 residents only):
We do not require that residents complete an end of shift evaluation card, only an EPA per shift. Each EPA is task specific. Please link here for more info on EPA completion and this video for an example.
Of course, you are welcome to provide verbal coaching about the resident’s global assessment at the end of the shift. However, if you want to provide a written global assessment of the resident, you can do so using “Notes to File” - also found in Elentra. Need info about Elentra login? – click here.
