Emergency Medicine - Buddy Mentors

Call out for buddy group mentors!

We are looking for a few more faculty volunteers to participate in our buddy group mentorship program. The ask for faculty is to commit to attending at least two of the four sessions over the year. The purpose is to facilitate a fun event where residents get to meet residents and faculty members from all levels and backgrounds. The PGY2s of the group do the emailing to the group, and the dates and times are already set by the program to ensure high attendance. The faculty would be responsible for coming up with a location and event (though of course residents are welcome to suggest ideas). There are two faculty members assigned to each group, and we pair you with someone who is able to attend any sessions you cannot, to ensure all four dates are covered.

2018-2019 buddy group mentorship sessions:

• October 24th, 2018 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
• March 13th, 2019 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
• June 5th, 2019 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
• June 26th, 2019 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
