Emergency Medicine: 2017-2018 Simulation Sessions Staff Sign Up

It is once again time to sign up as facilitators for the 2017-18 EM simulation curriculum (now aka STRATA). Your participation as educators and content experts is what makes this curriculum possible, and we are tremendously grateful for the high level of faculty interest in, and engagement with, this program year over year.

Based on your feedback, we will trial a new sign-up process using google docs.  

To sign up for a session in 2017-18: 

1. Click here or paste the following link in your web browser:

2. You will be taken to a google docs spreadsheet with the junior and senior sim curriculum dates
3. Add your name to up to three dates; most sessions will need a minimum of one and a maximum of three instructors per session (you can sign up for a block of sessions on one topic, or to a variety of sessions across a number of topics)
4. Note the date, time and location of your session in the spreadsheet
5. Contact Dr. Hicks and Nima Heirat to confirm; if you would like more than three dates or the session you would like isn't available please let me know and we will do our best to accommodate your request

We have made some tweaks and improvements to the curriculum structure and format, based on feedback from faculty and residents.  We will also be trying a new session evaluation method to provide more consistent feedback for facilitators.
