Reena Patanni, Director, Learner Experience Dr. Pattani will champion the development, implementation, and evaluation of approaches to enhance understanding of how to reinforce positive norms in the working and learning climate in order to optimize the learner experience. She will also have oversight over pathways for MD and Post MD learners to report on mistreatment that they have witnessed or experienced.
