CREST Meeting: Person-Centred Care Education in the DOM - What is it and how can I get involved?

Ayelet Kuper is a Scientist and Associate Director (Fellowship) at the Wilson Centre for Research in Education, a Staff Physician in the Division of General Internal Medicine at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, and an Associate Professor in the UofT Department of Medicine. She and Lisa Richardson have recently been appointed the DOM’s Co-Leads for Person-Centred Care Education.

RSVP to let us know if and how you will join us. We encourage you to come and meet face-to-face to get the most about the hands-on portions of the session.  However, if you can't make it in person, you can join the session remotely via GoToMeeting. Please try to use your webcam for a more personal experience for everyone.  Audio connection information will be displayed when you join online.
