The educational purposes of this fellowship are two-fold: first, to enrich the learner's understanding of the pathophysiology, evidence, interventions and outcomes in endocrine disorders in pregnancy and second, to hone invaluable clinical skills to be applied in their future practice to provide the best possible care to this population of patients. To learn research skills and complete a research project in the area of diabetes or endocrine in pregnancy, with a written abstract in the end.
