Description: |
The fellowship is specifically designed to educate adult Hematology trainees interested in Hemoglobinopathies. It is a 2 year combined clinical and research fellowship in Adult Hemoglobinopathies, focusing on comprehensive care, inter-professional collaboration, education, and research development.
It is expected that trainees undertake a Master’s program, according to their desired career tract. If the Fellow is from outside of Toronto, it is expected they will return to their home institution and implement further Hemoglobinopathy training locally. |
