Learning objectives:

At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe the concept of the hidden curriculum and how it relates to health professional training.
  2. Reflect on the role of the hidden curriculum in their own past, present and future development as a medical professional, leader and educator.
  3. Develop strategies for keeping track of Hidden Curriculum effects as part of an overarching approach to quality improvement in training programs.
